European Merger that covers the EU and Skandinavia, Americas Merger that covers the U.S., Canada, Central and South America, and Global Merger covering the rest of the world where the target has an equity market capitalization greater than $1,000 million. Also produced in the Event Driven - European Capital Structure research service are long/short arbitrage transactions in European companies, with liquidity in the relevant securities.
